Terms of Sale

We offer free demos and free trials so you can evaluate Business Heroes before committing to a paid plan.

• Universities and tech hubs: Free 30-minute live demo with our academic team. Programme scope can be agreed after the walkthrough. No credit card required.

Free demos and trials convert to paid plans only upon your explicit purchase decision. We will never charge you automatically at the end of a demo or trial.

Upon payment (or activation of a free trial or limited programme), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Business Heroes strictly for educational or internal training purposes during the Subscription Term and within the scope of your purchased plan.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or make Business Heroes available to any person or entity outside the scope of your license.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the software.
• Use Business Heroes for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the software or interfere with other users.
• Share login credentials between individuals. Each Authorised User must have their own account.

The license terminates automatically at the end of the Subscription Term unless renewed. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the software from all devices.

No auto-renewal. No Visionaries license auto-renews. University and institutional licenses run for the agreed term (one semester or one academic year).

Before your Subscription Term ends, we will send a renewal notice. You decide whether to renew. If you choose not to renew, your access will end at the conclusion of the current term.

Institutional licenses run for the agreed term and do not auto-renew. There are no cancellation fees for any plan.

If you wish to discontinue use before the end of your term, please contact us at hello@visionaries.me. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

9.1 Institutional Licenses

Institutional plans that begin with a free trial or limited programme period are not eligible for a refund after the trial converts to a paid term, because you had the opportunity to fully evaluate the product before committing. If an institutional license was purchased without a preceding trial or limited programme, please contact us within 30 days to discuss your options.

9.2 Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will arrange an alternative.

Business Heroes is delivered as a downloadable application from our website. Upon purchase confirmation or trial activation, you will receive account credentials and download instructions via email. Institutional customers receive an admin account from which they can create and manage Authorised User accounts.

We aim to deliver access within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Institutional deployments include guided onboarding and class setup with our team.

All intellectual property rights in Business Heroes - including the software, Faculty Manual, analytics dashboard, documentation, trademarks, logos, and all associated content - are and remain the exclusive property of Visionaries FZ LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You may not use the Visionaries or Business Heroes name, logo, or branding in any promotional material without our prior written consent, except to state that you are a licensed user of the product.

Your use of Business Heroes is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

Simulation data: Business Heroes collects in-simulation decision data, performance metrics, and analytics solely to provide the analytics dashboard and improve the learning experience. This data is not sold to third parties.

Institutional data processing:Where an Institutional Customer provides student or employee data for account creation, Visionaries processes that data solely on behalf of the Institutional Customer and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Institutional Customers remain the data controller for their users' personal information.

We aim to maintain uninterrupted access to Business Heroes and our online services; however, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned maintenance.

Support is available via email at hello@visionaries.me. Response times vary by plan: priority support tiers receive responses within 4 business hours; standard support tiers receive responses within 1 business day.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visionaries FZ LLC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity - arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use Business Heroes, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Visionaries during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit it to the courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
