What the institution needed

HKUST Entrepreneurship Center wanted a hands-on way for non-business students to build entrepreneurial confidence and apply business concepts. The student group consisted entirely of non-business students, most with limited prior business coursework and no prior business simulation experience.

How Business Heroes was used

Between 28 February and 4 April 2026, six HKUST students completed a 6-week Business Heroes programme. Students worked through 7 progressively challenging scenarios across 10 business domains and managed businesses across 5 international markets.
